Our Beach Bungalow.
We are excited that you will be staying at our home. This website is intended to provide you with all the details you will need for a comfortable stay. Television:
A 55 inch Amazon Fire TV is equipped with live cable through DirectTV Stream and Netflix, both of which are already linked to accounts. You can access these through the apps on the Home screen and can use the “26 Sunny Shore” account on Netflix. Please feel free to access any other streaming services using your personal accounts.
Using the TV is easy. Simply hit the power button to turn the tv on and navigate to your preferred application on the Home screen. Once you have selected an application, use the select button in the center of the remote to continue. If you’d like to return to the main menu to access different applications, hit the home button in the center of the remote .
AC & Heat:
Our home is equipped with both Air Conditioning and Heat, which can be controlled by a panel located in the hall. Please feel free to set the temperature to your own comfort level. However, if you plan to leave the house for an extended period, please make sure to turn off or down to conserve energy.
Laundry
Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, which has a separate entrance from the main house, located underneath the car port. We have provided you with an initial supply of detergent, but please feel free to use your preferred laundry detergent.
Garbage and Recycling Collection
Garbage and Recycling are collected each Monday. Please place bins by the curb (opposite side of the driveway from the mailbox) by 7:00 AM each Monday. Please reference the county’s website for any holiday schedules or questions.
Following collection, please promptly store bins next to the garage port.
Pet Friendly!
Yes, we are more than happy to welcome your furry friend. However, we request that you please make sure to use your best efforts to protect the furniture and flooring from any damage. We have provided a large blanket that fully covers the couch, which you can find in the guest room closet.
Enjoy the fully-fenced in back yard, where your dog can run around and play. We do request that you pick up after them though.
Oskar and Isabela (our pups) highly recommend the dog park at Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park.
Complimentary Bicycles
Ormond is an ideal location for biking around town. Please help yourself to his and her bikes located in the shed behind the house. Locks are attached to the bikes and lock keys are located in the drawer below the coffee bar.
Work From Home
We’ve set you up with a work from home station, including desk, chair, monitor (with HDMI connection), keyboard and mouse, if you have the will to stay away from the beach . . .
